We leverage a vast collective skill set of experienced DEI & Learning and Development practitioners, organizational development professionals, training and development facilitators, instructional design and technology enthusiasts, learning platform and DEI integrators, and, more importantly, individuals who love learning and ensuring that all members of our audiences are engaged and receive the instruction that they so greatly deserve.

Michelle Easley
Associate Consultant
Michelle Easley Associate Consultant at CONVERSITY®. Michelle Easley is an author, speaker, consultant, and coach. She has over twenty years’ experience in public education and served in leadership roles with a major public school system in Atlanta, Georgia and with the Department of Defense Education Activity where she was responsible for coordinating school libraries for all branches of the military, Airforce, Army, Marines, Navy, and Coast Guard, in America, Cuba and Puerto Rico.
